The Board of Education is responsible for establishing academic objectives and requirements; approving curriculum; setting the district finances, which is independent of the town’s budget; confirming appointment of all personnel; and approving purchases of equipment, supplies, companies, leases, renovation, construction, and union contracts. Registration of all lecturers, from early childhood to Year 12, who teach in WA. Written feedback on proposed rules are accepted 30 to 60 days following publication in the Register and could also be sent to the State Board office on the Department of Training.
