  • IDEC - The international Democratic Education Conference is the largest alternative education conference in the world.IDEC was founded in 1993 and has been held each year in a different country: Israel, Austria, Ukraine, Japan, New Zealand, India and USA.
  • There are about 30 member countries including: Australia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, UK, Canada, USA, Venezuela, Israel, Palestinian Authority, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Ukraine, New Zealand, Nepal, The Philippeans, India and more.
  • Representatives from over 1000 schools and educational organizations attend IDEC.
